Maryland Rental Managers is led by Sibo Wang and operated by Westbridge Home Inc from our office on Edmondson Avenue in Catonsville. We manage single-family homes, townhomes, and condos across Howard County, Montgomery County, Prince George's County, Anne Arundel County, Baltimore County, Frederick County — and nothing else. No sales side-hustle, no national call center: leasing, rent, maintenance, and Maryland compliance, done locally.
How we operate
Four things we won't compromise
One flat fee, on collected rent only
The whole model is 10% of rent we actually collect. No setup fees, no cancellation fees, no maintenance markup. If your property isn't earning, we aren't either.
Local enough to show up
We're based on Edmondson Avenue in Catonsville and manage only Maryland's DC–Baltimore corridor. When something needs eyes on it, we go look at it.
Compliance is the product
County rental licenses, the 1-month security deposit cap, MDE lead registration, correct notices — the unglamorous work that keeps your lease enforceable is the work we're best at.
You can always leave
Month-to-month agreements with 30 days' notice and no termination fee. We'd rather earn the renewal than lock you in.
